Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire condo unit for the duration of their stay. This includes:

We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present during your visit but are readily available via the app or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance.
The building is equipped with an elevator for easy access to the condo.
The convenient location and shuttle service make it easy to enjoy a car-free vacation if you choose.
Service Animals: If you will be accompanied by a service animal, please inform us prior to your arrival about the work or task the animal has been trained to perform. Service animals may not be left alone in the home at any time.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation
Property Damage Insurance: The total cost of your reservation includes a damage waiver fee. This covers you for accidental damage to the property or its contents, as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
