Guest Access

• Main Home: Keypad self-check-in with full, private access to the entire main cabin, private hot tub, footbridge, and outdoor areas.

• Restricted Areas: Guests do not have access to the garage or the private owner studio above the garage.

Other Things to Note

• Layout: Multilevel floor plan with interior stairs and exterior steps.

• Owner Studio: A separate, private owner studio is located above the garage with its own exterior entrance. The two living spaces are not connected internally, ensuring your indoor and outdoor guest spaces remain 100% private and unshared.

• Safety & Security: An exterior security camera monitors the front door. Equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

• Bear Safety: Bear spray is provided for guest use during outdoor excursions (located in the entry closet).

• Damage Protection: Reservation includes an accidental damage waiver covering furniture, fixtures, and appliances, provided incidents are reported to the host prior to checkout.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (strictly enforced)

• Occupancy: Maximum 8 overnight guests; gatherings or parties are strictly prohibited
(maximum property occupancy is 12 people at any time without prior approval).

• Pets: No pets allowed on the premises.

• Smoking: 100% smoke-free property (including tobacco, vaping, and marijuana).

• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Under-21 guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Service Animals: Prior notification of the work or task the animal is trained to perform is required. Service animals may not be left unattended at any time.
